Rabbit SAA Rapid Test
Our Rabbit SAA Rapid Test provides a quick result on the inflammatory state of a rabbit. Rabbits produce Serum amyloid A (SAA) protein during an acute phase response (APR) caused by tissue injury.
SAA concentration is a sensitive method for detecting inflammation in rabbits. Due to the short half-life of SAA, changes in its concentration in the blood accurately reflect the onset and duration of inflammation. Measuring SAA is useful both for diagnosis and for monitoring the disease and assessing treatment response.
ALT + AST Combo Test for Rabbits
The COMBO ALT + AST test is a quick screening test for rabbits. It can detect alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) from serum, plasma, and whole blood samples.
The test can be used as a diagnostic tool to evaluate liver function. Determining just the transaminase levels is not sufficient for diagnosing different liver diseases.
